Food will be provided by Finesse Catering.

All dietary requirements can be catered for.

Continental Breakfast

Selection of danish pastries, breads, cheeses, cured meats, fruits, yoghurts and granola

Buffet Lunch

Pork and caramelised onion sausage rolls plus a selection of vegetarian quiches, crisps, nuts and sandwiches

Selection of flapjacks and cakes to follow



Evening Dinner

Starter 

Butternut squash soup topped with toasted pine nuts and watercress oil, served with warm fresh focaccia

Main Course 

Seared fillet of cod, lemon and garlic pomme anna, asparagus and sun blushed tomatoes with a salsa verde

Dessert 

Raspberry creme brûlée with lemon shortbread


Tea/coffee 

A selection of tea, coffees, milk and soft drinks available throughout the weekend
